We make every effort to pack your order with care, we use bubble wrap and white or brown packing paper to prevent breakage. If you should, by chance, receive your order and something is broken, please notify us immediately. We will replace the broken item, with the identical item you ordered. If for some reason we do not have that item, you may choose to have it on back order, or receive store credit.
 
Your privacy is very important to us. We will never sell, trade, rent or give away your information. Please be assured that no one will ever be allowed to view your private information except for the business owners in order to collect your payment information.
 
We use 3 day priority shipping to ship our products out to you. We do this because it's cost effective, and they have different sized boxes available to me at no cost. It is also less expensive than other ways to ship to you. If you do not wish your products to be shipped priority, you must send us an email (send us an email using the contacts page on this site) and let us know how you want your order shipped.
 
We will not accept body and bath products returns. We have no way of knowing if they were contaminated, or opened after they left our facility.
 
We will do everything in our power to get your order out in a timely manner. Usually 2 days for a regular order, and 2 to 5 days on a wholesale or larger order, it depends on the size of the order. Drop ship orders will be shipped in 2 days. We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction.
